We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped out within 1–2 business days (same day and next day shipping). Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday, as our shipping partners operate on business days only.
Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your country or region and the shipping method you chose.

B. Delivery Terms:
Shipping costs are shown upfront when you pick a shipping method during the check-out process.
All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
C. Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at hello@vefathelabel.com.
If the carrier confirms delivery with proof and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with your local carrier.
Vefa The Label is not responsible for customers not being notified by their postal authority about customs duties or taxes.
If you refuse to pay the additional fees, your package will be sent back to us, and we will refund you in the form of store credit.
