Shipping & Delivery Policy – Vefa The Label

This policy ensures you are fully informed of our shipping terms and conditions. By ordering from Vefa The Label you agree to the policies outlined below.


Shipping Status
We ship worldwide.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (same day or next day shipping).
Orders placed on Fridays will ship the next business day (Monday).
Please ensure all order details including your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
During peak times such as sales or new collection launches, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Costs
Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your region and selected shipping method.

USA 4–9 business days
Canada 4–9 business days
United Kingdom 4–7 business days
Worldwide 6–10 business days (depending on country & customs)

 

Transit, Handling & Order Cutoff Time
Estimated transit times begin once the order has shipped.
We use USPS, Canada Post, UPS, and other trusted carriers for delivery.
All orders include tracking numbers, which will be sent in your shipping confirmation email.


Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier service and customs.
Vefa The Label is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may leave it in a safe location or issue a notice for pickup or redelivery.


Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages
Vefa The Label is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery will be refunded as store credit minus shipping fees.


Change of Delivery Address
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at hello@vefathelabel.com.


Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are place.


Damaged Parcels in Transit
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer care team at hello@vefathelabel.com for assistance with next steps.


Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be extended during sales or high-volume periods. Any unexpected delays are beyond our control. For claims regarding delays, please contact the carrier directly.
